LICENSING ACT 2003 NEW PREMISES LICENCE APPLICATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application was made to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council for a NEW premises licence under the above Act on 1st April 2021.
Applicant: Starlight Concerts Live (Entertainment) Ltd
Premises Address: War Memorial Park, Basingstoke Hampshire, RG21 4AG.
Proposed licensable activities: Provision of Films, Live Music, Recorded Music, Performances of Dance & Supply of Alcohol. Once annually on one consecutive Friday, Saturday and Sunday (June to Sept). Up to 9,999 persons per day.
Films: 12.00 to 23.00hrs on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Live and Recorded music: 12.00 to 23.00hrs on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Performance of dance: 12.00 to 23.00hrs on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Non standard timings Opening hours 11.00 to 23.59hrs on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Activities take place: outdoors.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
