APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Boreham Post Office and News of 4 Abercorn House, Butterfield Road, Boreham, CM3 3BT has applied for a Premises Licence for the proposed Licensable activities: The sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises sales to be permitted during the operating hours of 07.00 to 22.00 Monday to Sunday. The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Authority, Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1JE during normal working hours (Monday to Friday except public holidays). Any representations by a Responsible Authority or any persons must be made in writing to the above address or by email to licensing@chelmsford.gov.uk by 28th April 2021. Representations received after this date cannot be considered. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a fine.The full application can be viewed at the above offices between 10.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday
