Notice ID: WAR2048710Notice is hereby given that Spirit Pub Company (Leased) Limited has applied in respect of the Oak Tree Inn 2-4 Crow Lane East, Newton Le Willows,WA 12 9UY for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: This is an application to change the layout and design of the premises in accordance with the submitted plan. The change includes the installation of an external bar servery and two customer shelters. To add the following conditions to the premises licence: The external servery will only be used between the hours of 1100 hours and 22.00 hours daily. The external servery will be supervised at all times when in use.The external servery will be inaccessible to customers when not in use to ensure they do not have access to any alcohol. The opening hours and licensable activities authorised by the premises licence are to remain unaltered. Any part of the variation application that changes the plan/layout at the premises to be of no effect until the work has been completed. Locations of fire safety equipment subject to change in accordance with the requirements of the responsible authorities or following a risk assessment Any detail shown on the plan that is not required by the licensing plan regulations is indicative only and subject to change. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by the end of 27 April 2021, to the St Helens District Council Licensing Authority at Licensing Section, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens, WA10 IHF where the register of licensing applications can be inspected during office hours (COVID regulations permitting).
