TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

THE COUNCIL OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HARINGEY ("the Council') hereby gives you notice that it proposes to make an order under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "the London Borough of Haringey (Stopping up of Highways) Tottenham Hale Bus Station N17 Order 2021" to authorise the stopping up of the following areas of public highway which are shown hatched black on the plan attached to the draft order:

(i) part of Tottenham Hale Bus Station, Ferry Lane, London N17 (grid reference E:534393 N: 189480) with a maximum length of 75 metres and a maximum width of 36 metres; and



(ii) part of Tottenham Hale Bus Station, Ferry Lane, London N17 (grid reference E:534393 N:189480) leading to Tottenham Hale London Underground Station, London N17 with a maximum length of 19 metres and a maximum width of 8 metres, which have a combined area of 1,717.7 square metres.



THE ORDER SHALL COME INTO FORCE WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT

THE ORDER IS MADE, to enable the development described in the Schedule to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted under Part III of the Act by the Council on 2 May 2018 with planning reference HGY/2017/3649 (as varied by a decision granted under Section 96A of the Act on 5 February 2019 with planning reference HGY/2018/3027).

COPIES OF THE ORDER AND THE RELEVANT PLANS MAY BE INSPECTED FREE OF CHARGE BY WAY OF APPOINTMENT DURING NORMAL OPENING HOURS during the 28 days commencing on 7th April 2021 at reception River Park House, 225 High Road, Wood Green, London N22 8HQ quoting the name of this order between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and public holidays). ANY PERSON AGGRIEVED BY THE ORDER and wishing to question its validity, or any provision contained in the order, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Act or that any procedural requirement of the Act or any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the making of the order may, within 6 weeks 7th April 2021 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the order or of any provision contained in the order.
