Premises Licence Application

St Just AFC give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the variation of a Premises Licence in respect of St Just AFC Regent Terrace St Just Penzance. The application is authorise the provision of live and recorded music entertainment on Friday, Saturday and Sunday; to extend the sale of alcohol hours; to amend the current premises plan. A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, Dolcoath Avenue, Camborne, TR14 8SX or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 23/4/21. NB during the Covid-19 pandemic, please email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk to make alternative arrangements to view the application. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
