Premises Licence Application

Hubbox Ltd give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of HubBox Falmouth 5 Maritime House Discovery Quay Falmouth. The application is to authorise the sale of alcohol, provision of recorded music and late-night refreshment. A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team Cornwall Council Dolcoath Avenue Camborne TR13 8SX or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 26 April 2021. NB during the Covid-19 pandemic, please email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk to make alternative arrangements to view the application. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
