LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Notice is hereby given that Leisure Licence Ltd has submitted a premises licence application to Durham County Council The application is for a new licence for the premises known as Superbowl UK Bishop Auckland, Unit 7, Bishop Auckland Retail and Leisure Park, West Auckland Road, DL14 9TW. The application proposes the provision of regulated entertainment, late night refreshment and the sale of alcohol. Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to: The Licensing Authority, Durham County Council, PO Box 617 Durham, County Durham, DH1 9HZ no later than 20/4/2021.The full application, including hours of operation and proposals for concftions to promote the licensing objectives may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Licensing Authority at the above address or on the Council's website,

. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, for which the maximum penalty on summary conviction is unlimited. NB: Representations must be relevant to one or more of the Licensing Objectives (ie Public Safety, Prevention of Crime and Disorder, Public Nuisance and/or Protection of Children from Harm). Anyone making representations will be invited to attend a public hearing before the Licensing Sub­committee of the Council, to set out the representation in person.
