LOW SPRING ROAD, THWAITES BROW, KEIGHLEY
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO. 1378) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of water works proposed to be executed on or near Low Spring Road, Thwaites Brow, Keighley intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Low Spring Road from its junction with Aireview Terrace to its junction with Back Aireview Terrace. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Low Spring Road (unaffected section), Thwaites Brow Road, Calton Road, Ivy Road and vice versa.
The proposed Order will come into effect from 08:00 hours until 12:00 hours on 11th March 2021 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
