21/0578/HSE/GO: 1 Ashmeads Court, Porters Park Drive, Shenley, WD7 9JU. Conversion of loft to habitable room with 3 rear dormer windows, 3 front roof lights and changes to rear fenestration. Reason: Conservation Area.
21/0605/VOC/WC: Ridge Hill Stables, Rectory Lane, Shenley, WD7 9BG. Application for variation of conditions 11,12 (Drainage) & 14 (Plans) to allow a revised drainage pond to be constructed following grant of planning permission 20/0667/FUL. Reason: Major Development.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
