IN THE ESTATE OF PROFESSOR ROBERT WHALLEY DECEASED TAKE NOTICE THAT: Proceedings have been begun in the Business and Property Division of the High Court of Justice in Leeds, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG in relation to the estate of the above-named Professor Robert Whalley deceased (the "Deceased") and are proceeding under claim number PT-2019-LDS-000118. The claim regards the validity of various wills made by the Deceased. The trial is due to take place in Leeds on 27 April 2021.
