LICENSING ACT 2003: New Grant Premises Licence
Notice is given that Lemon Pepper Holdings Limited applied to the Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames on 23 March 2021 for a new premises licence to use the premises known as Wingstop at London House, 105 Clarence Street, Kingston Upon Thames KT1 1QY for the provision of (I) retail sale of alcohol: Mon - Sat 10:00 to 24:00 and Sun 10.00 to 23:30; and (2) late night refreshment Mon -Sat 23:00 to 24:00 and Sun 23:00 to 23.30 (3) on such other terms and conditions as set out in the application papers.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 20 April 2021 stating the grounds for making said representation to; RB Kingston Upon Thames, Licensing Team, Guildhall 2 High Street Kingston upon Thames KT1 1EU or

and following the links. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
