D2124 Providence Place, Epsom Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2021
On 31 March 2021 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of D2124 Providence Place, Epsom that extends from its {unction with D2080 Church Road for a distance of SOm.This Traffic Order is required to enable BT Openreach to carry out cabling and/or maintenance works. These works are anticipated to be carried out between the hours of 9:30am and 3:30pm, within 1 day of the 12 month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 08 April 2021. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for emergency services, residents, businesses, pedestrians, cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times. The vehicular diversion route will be via: Westbound traffic - Dirdene Gardens, East Street and Church Road. Eastbound traffic - Church Road, East Street, Kiln Lane and Dirdene Gardens.

West Ewell Temporary Closure Order 2021
On 31 March 2021 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit any person from entering or proceeding on foot or by any other means in the entire length of T6009 Townpath (Footpath14) from B284 Ruxley Lane to D2374 Scotts Farm Road, West Ewell. This Temporary Traffic Order is required to enable Bellway Homes to carry out cycle path widening works. These works are anticipated to be earned out within 3 months of the 6 month period of operation of the Temporary Order, which commences on 05 April 2021. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for pedestrians, including for emergency services will be maintained via the footway to Scoffs Rami Road and the footway to Ruxley Lane. Access for cyclists and equestrians will be maintained via Scotts Farm Road and Ruxley Lane.
Tattenham Comer Road (B290) Epsom Downs Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2021
On 31 March 2021 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Sections 14(1) and I5(8)(b) of the RoadTraffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act") the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit all vehicles to enter or proceed in that length of Tattenham Comer Road (B290) Epsom Downs from its junction with Grandstand Road to its {unction with Old London Road.This Order is required because of likelihood of danger to the public and will come into operation on 5 April 2021 for a period of 3 months. This continues in force the provisions introduced by "Surrey County Council B290 Tattenham Comer Road Epsom Downs Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Notice" issued under S14(2) of the Act on 12 March 2021. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the prohibition will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed and to the extent indicated by those signs. Access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times. Access will also be maintained for emergency services and premises within the closure and for Epsom Downs Racecourse vaccination Centre. All other vehicular traffic will be diverted via Old London Road and Grandstand Road or this route in reverse.
