Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any person having a CLAIM against or an INTEREST in the estate of RONALD JAMES DUNMALL late OF 113, North Crescent Westcliff-on-Sea in the County of Essex, SS2 6TH who died on 19th day of January 2021 and in respect of whose Estate Probate was granted to ALAN ARTHUR HURST and RACHEL ELIZABETH LIEBESCHUETZ the executors therein named on the 23rd day of March 2021 is required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned on or before the 20th day of June 2021 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to valid claims then notified.
