We Stefano and Emma Foffano Do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Darlington Borough Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence at 3 West Row, Darlington, DL3 7UT and known as: Little Foffano’s Deli The application is to: Permit the sale of alcohol off the premises 09:00 to 17:00hrs Monday to Saturday Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to make representations on the application must give notice in writing to The Licensing & Parking Manager, Town Hall, Darlington, DL1 5QT by 15th July 2014 The record of this application maybe inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Offices at the above address between the hours of 9.00am to 4.00pm or on the worldwide web at www.darlington.gov.uk It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
