(Various Roads, Leaden Roding) (Restricted Roads & 30mph Speed Limit) Order 2021
Notice Is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 81,82(2), 83(2), 84(1) and (2) and Paris III and IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
To extend the existing 30 MPH speed limit on the following length Stortford Road, In Parish of Leaden Roding, in the District of Uttlesford (the road section is currently national speed limit):

A1060 Stortford Road
Description
From a point approximately 11 metres northeast of the common boundary of number 1 and 2 Bridge House, northeast approximately 150 metres (to the existing 30mph terminal signs)
To revoke 'The Essex County Council (A1060 Chelmsford Road, A1060 Stortford Road, B184 Dunmow Road, Chalks Green, High Easter Road, Holloway Crescent, Leaden Close, Lordswood View, Rossdene Gardens, Leaden Roding) (Restricted Road) Order 2013'. All restrictions shall continue in force by virtue of this order. Any existing order anomalies will be amended.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 26 March 2021.

Application to the high court Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any Instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
(Newland Street, Witham) (Temporary Suspension of Parking Restriction) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To suspend the existing Limited Waiting Mon-Sat 8am-6pm 1 Hour No Return 3 Hours restrictions under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Newland Street, Witham in the District of Braintree. NORTH WEST SIDE: From a point in line with the south western property boundary of No.78 Newland Street, south west to a point In line with the north eastern property boundary of No.100 Newland Street, a distance of approximately 100m. The parking restrictions will be suspended every Tuesday between the hours of 6am to 4pm while the market is in operation. The parking restrictions will be reinstated for all other days of the week or where the market is not in operation.
Tile reference TL820 142 of The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (permitted parking area and special parking area) (Consolidation) Order 2019 shall be temporarily varied as detailed above. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. This order is required for the safety of the public whilst the market is in operation, and will come into effect on 19 March 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months, as and when suitable traffic management measures are In place on site.
(Bridge End Lane, Great Notley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council Intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Bridge End Lane, Great Notley in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Cuckoo Way to its other junction with Cuckoo Way a distance of approximately 35m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th April 2021 for 22 days, or where stated on a valid permit (ZP010F1936-GTC/MK7EPLR - Gas Transportation Co Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Gas Transportation Co Ltd. An alternative route is available via Cuckoo Way and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 1st April 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(London Road/Queenborough Road, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order
1. To temporarily close that length of London Road, Braintree in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 295m north east of its junction with Ludham Hall Lane for a distance of approximately 247m in a north easterly direction.
2. To temporarily close that length of Queenborough Road, Braintree, in the District of Braintree from its junction with London Road to its junction with Springmead a distance of approximately 100m.
The closures are scheduled to commence on 6th April 2021 for 6 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP20153060713 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while raised table installation works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via London Road, King William Roundabout, Notley Cross, Garden Village Way, Garden Village Way Roundabout At Business Park, Garden Village Way Roundabout Cuckoo Way, London Road Roundabout, London Road Roundabout North and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 1st April 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Blunts Hall Road, Witham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Blunts Hall Road, Witham in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 35m north west of its junction with Blunts Hall Drive for a distance of approximately 105m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th April 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WC2LCL5V001 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Blunts Hall Road, Highfields Road, Spa Road, Powers Hall End, Terling Road, Witham Road, Dancing Dicks Lane and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 18th March 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Sunnyfields Road, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Sunnyfields Road, Braintree in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 100m south east of its junction with High Garrett for a distance of approximately 95m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th April 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD02310618084 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Sunnyfields Road, Willoughbys Lane, Lyons Hall Road, High Garrett and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 18th March 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
