Take notice that Kings Social Capital Limited has made an application to Maldon District Council for a new Premises License, in respect to three adjoining unlisted units within The Kings Head Centre, 38 High-street Maldon, Essex, CM9 5PN for the following licensable activities.

Interested parties may view the register of the Licensing Authority during opening hours at Maldon District Council, Princes Road, Maldon, CM9 5DL or by contacting the licensing authority on 01245 606727. Any person or responsible authority wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to the above address by Monday 19th April 2021. Representations received after this date cannot be considered.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, punishable on summary conviction or a fine maximum fine for which is £5,000.
