The application is to permit the following licensable activities: Alcohol & Recorded Music - Mon-Sun 10.00 - 23.00. Plays, Films, Live Music - Fri - Sun 16.00 - 23.00. Any representations about this application must be made in writing by 9 April 2021 and sent to: The Licensing Service, Stockton on Tees Borough Council, Municipal Buildings, Church Road, Stockton on Tees. TS18 1LD. It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
