Notice is given that Conker Spirit Ltd has applied to BCP Council for a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in relation to: Conker Spirit Ltd, Unit 2 163 Stourvale Rd, Southbourne, Bournemouth, BH6 5HQ. The following licensable activities will be provided during the following times and start the 15 day of April 2021 - Activities: Off sales for internet and telephone orders only, or by customers partaking in a distillery tour. Consumption of alcohol on the premises only by customers partaking in a distillery tour. Hours: 8:00am - 23:00pm Days: Mon - Sun. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, BCP Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL.

. Representations must be received no later than 14th April 2021. The Application Record may be viewed between 9:00 am and 16:00 pm Monday to Friday at the above address or website. Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited (level 5 on the standard scale).
