Notice is hereby given that on the 23rd March 2021 Flintshire County Council made an Order, under Sections 1 (1) and 2 (1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be:
(1) To prohibit any vehicle, except Pedal Cycles, from proceeding in the length of roads specified in Column 1 of the Schedule to this Notice in a direction other than that specified in relation to those length of roads in Column 2 to that Schedule.
(2) The Order revokes The County Council of Flintshire (Plymouth Street, King George Street, Mostyn Street and Rowden Street, Shotton) (One-Way Traffic) Order 2002 in its entirety.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS ORDER ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 66 IN THE COMMUNITY OF TREUDDYN & PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 36 IN THE COMMUNITY OF LLANFYNYDD
The Flintshire County Council hereby intends not sooner than 7 days from the 26 March 2021 to make an Order which will prohibit pedestrians from using the following:
1. A section of the Public Footpath No.66 in the community of Treuddyn from its junction with Llanfynydd Road, near Keepers Cottage at NGR 32709 35758 to a point where it becomes Public Footpath No. 36 in the Community of Llanfynydd at NGR 32747 35764
2. A section of the Public Footpath No.36 in the Community of Uanfynydd near Fairhaven Faith Home at NGR 32788 35781 to a point where it becomes Public Footpath No.66 in the community of Treuddyn at NGR 32747 35764.
The reason for the closure is for health and safety reasons due to a landslip following flooding.
It is anticipated that the Order will come into force on 14th April 2021. The footpath is expected to be closed for the maximum period of six months until 13th October 2021. AB/ FCC (TRO) 031874.
