(Forest View, Peebles) (Temporary Closing) Order 2021
The Scottish Borders Council (Forest View, Peebles) (Temporary Closing) Order 2021 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 30 March 2021 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of one day between the hours of 09:30 and 18:00. The Order is required for Scottish Water manhole repairs.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along Forest View, Peebles from Provost Melrose Place to Drovers Way.
The alternative route for eastbound traffic is via Forest View, Glen Crescent, Glen Road and Forest View to the point of closure, for westbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.

(The Mount, Peebles) (Temporary No Waiting) Order 2021
The Scottish Borders Council (The Mount, Peebles) (Temporary No Waiting) Order 2021 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 30 March 2021 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of one day between the hours of 09:30 and 18:00. The Order is required for BT Openreach works.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked on both sides of The Mount Peebles as follows:
(a) from Aultnamain to Springwood Terrace; and
(b) the first 20 metres from the cul-de-sac to Easdale.
