Premises Licence Application

THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that we, Punchbowl Craghead Ltd, have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as THE PUNCHBOWL, OUSTERLEY TERRACE, CRAGHEAD, STANLEY. DH9 6EF for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities: - Sale by retail of alcohol (on & off sales) from 09:00 00:00, the provision of live music (indoors & outdoors) from 12:00 23:00 (outdoors up to a maximum of 6 events each year). Recorded music (indoors & outdoors) from 09:00 23:00 (outdoor DJ events up to a maximum of 4 events each year) and New Year's Eve until 00:30 indoors. All activities are Monday to Sunday inclusive and outdoor events will be in a marquee in the beer garden from April to September only. Representations must be made in writing and received by 13TH APRIL 2021.
