NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of
DENNIS CASSWELL deceased late of 28 Southill Road Parkstone Poole Dorset BH12 3AR who died on 13th June 2014 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of their claim or interest to the undersigned Solicitors for Robert Michael Aitkenhead and David Michael Webb the Executors on or before 5th September 2014 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall have had notice.
