(Various Roads, Fyfield Business Park, B184 Ongar Road) (20mph Zone & 50mph Speed Limit) Order 20**
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 84(1) and (2) and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To introduce a 20 mph zone on the
following lengths of roads:-
Road Description
Elstar Road, Ongar, From a point approximately 75 metres south east from its junction with the B184 Ongar Road roundabout, southeast for its entire length including any turning heads.
To extend the existing 50mph speed limit on B184 Ongar Road, Ongar in a north easterly direction for approximately 82 metres, to a point approximately 35 metres north east from the roundabout at its junction with Elstar Road.
To introduce a 50mph speed limit on Elstar Road, Ongar from its junction with the B184 Ongar Road roundabout, in a south easterly direction for approximately 75 metres. 'The Essex County Council (B184 Fyfield Road/Ongar Road, Chipping Ongar and B184 Dunmow Road, Fyfield) (50mph Speed Limit) Order 2013' will be revoked, and extents reintroduced.

(Beaconfield Avenue, Epping) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice Is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Beaconfield Avenue, Epping in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Beaconfield Way for a distance of approximately 70m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th April 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (MU026008110CCQC-001001 - Thames Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while sewer cover replacement works are undertaken by Thames Water.
An alternative route is available via Beaconfield Avenue and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 1 st April 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Hoe Lane, Lamboume) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Hoe Lane, Lambourne in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 325m northwest of its junction with New Road for a distance of approximately 400m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th March 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WC2VCD4T - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole renewal works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Hoe Lane, London Road, Abridge Road, Abridge Road Roundabout, Gravel Lane, Pudding Lane, Lamboume Road, Manor Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 18th March 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
