LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that SN15 Leisure Ltd has applied to Wiltshire Council Licensing Authority for the grant of a new premises licence in respect of premises known as SN15, 17a Station Hill, Chippenham, Wiltshire SN15 1EQ
The licence, if granted, is to enable the following licensable activity to take place:

The sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises from 11.00hrs to 02.30hrs Mondays to Sundays. The provision of regulated entertainment (films, live and recorded music, performance of dance, facilities for making music and dancing) 11.00hrs to 03.00hrs Mondays to Sundays. The provision of late night refreshment 23.00hrs to 03.00hrs Mondays to Sundays. Non-standard timings also apply. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Officer, Wiltshire Council, Public Protection Services and Licensing, Monkton Park, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN15 1ER. Representations may be made up to 28 days from the date of this notice
A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by Wiltshire Council, Public Protection Services and Licensing, Monkton Park, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN15 1ER and can be viewed by prior appointment during normal office hours or at www.wiltshire.gov.uk

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, Knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 of the standard scale (£5,000).
