Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along: Temporary Road Closures:
RS005843 - A3027 Bridge Street and Staplegrove Road & Station Road in the parish of Taunton from A3027 Bridge Street, 5M South from the junction with Wood Street (Southern leg) to A3027 Staplegrove Road, 25M from the junction with Station Rd; including Station Road from the junction with the A3027 Bridge Street and Staplegrove Road, for a distance of 25M. A total distance of 210 metres.
RS005844 - A3065 Silk Mills Road, Bishops Hull Hill & Mountway Road in the parish of Bishops Hull from A3065 Silk Mills Road, 10M North from the junction with Meadowside Close to A3065 Silk Mills Road, 20M North from the junction with Bishops Hull Hill; including Bishops Hull Hill from the junction with the A3065, for a distance of 20M; including Mountway Road from the junction with the A3065 Silk Mills Road, for a distance of 15M. Atotal distance of 110 metres.
RS005847 - Langlands Lane in the parish of North Curry from the junction with Solomons Hollow to 725m from the junction with Solomons Hollow, a distance of 725 metres.
RS005848 - Lipe Hill Lane in the parish of Trull from 60M North from the junction with Herswell Farm Road to 480M North East from the junction with Castlefield Lane, a distance of 1430 metres.
RS005849 - Magdalene Street & Duke Street in the parish of Taunton from Magdalene Street, 50M from the junction with Canon Street to Duke Street, 65m from the junction with Canon Street, a distance of 115 metres.
RS005853 - Peacehay Lane in the parish of Sampford Arundel from 630M from the junction with Sampford Moor Road to 990M from the junction with Sampford Moor Road, for a distance of 360 metres.
RS005856 - Trull Road in the parish of Taunton
from the junction with Broadlands Road to 55m north from the junction with Manor Drive, a distance of 295 metres.
RS005865 - Kingdom Lane & the B3227 Wiveliscombe Road Layby (only) in the parish of Norton Fitzwarren from the Junction with the B3227 Wiveliscombe Road to 35M from the junction with the B3227 Wiveliscombe Road; including the layby outside The Golden Chip from the junction with Kingdom Lane for a distance of 13M. A total distance of 48 metres. This Order will enable Somerset Highways to carry out phased preparation works and resurfacing works. The Order becomes effective on 25th March 2021 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The phased works are expected to commence on 1st April 2021.
