Various Roads, Rowbarton, Taunton (Temporary Parking Restrictions) Order 2021
Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, intends to make an Order, the effect of which will be to introduce temporary parking restrictions as specified in the Schedules below.
This Order will come into operation on the 8th day of April 2021 and will remain in force for eighteen months.
For Schedule 1 the restrictions are expected to commence on the 12th day of April 2021 for four weeks and will remain in force for eighteen months. The restrictions will only apply when indicated by traffic signs.
For Schedule 2 the restrictions are expected to commence on the 26th day of April 2021 for four weeks and will remain in force for eighteen months. The restrictions will only apply when indicated by traffic signs.

Temporary Parking Restrictions
Priorswood Road, Taunton - From a point 5 metres east of the junction with Malvern Terrace eastwards for a distance of 36 metres A358 Kingston Road, Taunton - From outside the property of 32 Kingston Road in a northerly direction for a distance of 19 metres A358 Kingston Road, Taunton - Outside of the properties of 22 and 24 Kingston Road Cheddon Road, Taunton - From the junction with Wellesley Street in a southerly direction for a distance of 64 metres
Greenway Road, Taunton - From a point 28 metres west of the junction with Kingston Road in a westerly direction for a distance of 100 metres
Schedule 2
Temporary Parking Restrictions
A358 St Andrews Road, Taunton - From a point 36 metres east of the junction with A3038 Kingston Road in an easterly direction for a distance of 38 metres.
Statement of reasons for making the Order
a) because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road; or
b) because of the likelihood of danger to the public, or of serious damage to the road, which is not attributable to such works
