It is an offence to knowingly o recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction, is £5000 Applicant, The Hop House Premises, 14 Dane Court, Rainhill, Merseyside, L35 4LU Application Details, Restrictions on the type of alcohol, and the quantity (3 pint max) have been requested to be removed. Outside consumption of alcohol has been requested, within the allotted seating area for The Hop House. A curfew for children of 8pm has been requested.
