BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL
(CHURCH STREET, CROWTHORNE) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2021
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bracknell Forest Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1 (1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32, 35 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, and the Traffic Management Act 2004.
Effects of the Order:
1. The effects of the Order are to introduce the new restrictions as detailed in Schedule 1.
2. To revoke the restrictions as detailed in Schedule 2.
The Order was made on the 22nd day of March 2021 and will come into operation on the 29th day of March 2021.

Objections:
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act, or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the 24th day of March 2021, make application for this purpose to the High Court.

Prohibition of Waiting at Any Time
Church Street Northern side From a point 42 metres North West of its junction with High
Street in a northwest direction for a distance of 16 metres.
SCHEDULE 2
REMOVAL of Monday to Saturday 8am - 6pm 30 minutes, Return Prohibited Within 30 Minutes
Church Street Northern Side From a point 40 meters from its junction with High Street in a
north westerly direction for a distance of 16 meters.
All distances are approximate and, where applicable, are taken from the centre of the stated junctions.
