Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that we YP GROUP LIMITED have made an application on 18th March to Warrington Borough Council to Grant a Premises Licence at 5-9 Winwick Street Warrington WA1 1XR, The application is for: Performance of Live Music (indoors), Playing of recorded music (indoors), Late night refreshment (indoors) and sale of alcohol (on sales). Representations to this application must be made in writing by the end of 15th April 2021 to the Licensing Section, Warrington Borough Council, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, WA1 2NH. The register of licensing applications can be inspected at the above address between 09.00 and 16.00 Monday to Friday or at www.warrington.gov.uk. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
