Premises Licence Application

Licensing Act 2003 Notice is hereby given that GALLON HOUSE LTD on 8th MARCH 2021 has given to Warrington Borough Council an application for the grant of a Premises Licence for the Sale of alcohol by retail for consumption on and off the premises. The licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried at the premises at: ABV, 4 Suez Street, Warrington. WA11EG between the hours Sunday Thursday 12.00 21.30 and Friday and Saturday 12.00 22.30 The Licensing Register of Warrington Borough Council is held at East Annexe, Town Hall, Sankey Street, Warrington, WA1 1UH and, where applicable, at www.warrington.gov.uk. The record of the application may be inspected during normal office hours at the Council's above address and, where applicable, at any time on the above website. Representations which shall be made in writing may be made by a responsible authority or any other person to Warrington Borough Council to be received at their above address by no later than 9th APRIL 2021 It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction being £5,000.
