LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that we Loungers LTD, have applied to Wirral Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as Marino Lounge, for the following Licensable Activities:- Nature of Licensable ActivityDays and Hours Requested To increase the licensed area for the sale of alcohol to the front area.10am-23:00pm A full copy of the above application is kept on the Council website at https://www.wirral.gov.uk/business/licences-and-permits/entertainment-and-alcohol/current-applications-and-representations. Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so inwriting to the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey by email to licensing@wirral.gov.uk no later than 13/04/2021. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
