LICENSING ACT 2003 I Mark Nicholls give notice that I have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence/Club Premises Certificate in respect of Kerensa Custom House Quay, Falmouth, TR11 3JT, ordnance survey map reference SW8132NW. The application is to: Sale of Alcohol on the premises Monday-Sunday 17:00 to 22:00. A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to: Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, Dolcoath Avenue, Cambourne, TR14 8SX or email Licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 15/04/2021. A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) during normal office hours. Alternatively please telephone 0300 1234 212. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
