NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of CATHERINE MARY FERRERS late of 1 Oaklands Avenue, Saltdean, Brighton, BN2 8LQ and Rottingdean Nursing & Care Home, 30-32 Newlands Road, Rottingdean, Brighton, who died on the 22nd December 2013, is required to send written particulars to the undersigned by the 28th August 2014 after which date the Executors of the said Deceased will distribute the Estate of the said Deceased among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim or interest they shall not then have had notice.
