NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Premises: Pink Tiger Beauty, Unit 1A Tannery Court, Stratton Way, Abingdon, OX14 5TS

Notice is given that Pink Tiger Beauty LTD has applied to Vale of White Horse District Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed licensable activities are:

The sale of alcohol for consumption on premises between the hours of 08:00 to 22:00 daily.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited amount).
