Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for a Premises Licence

We, Premier properties(Essex) Ltd., hereby make application for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of BLUE BOAR, 177 VICTORIA AVENUE, SOUTHEND ON SEA, SS2 6EL.
The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried out are Vary days to provide Karaoke to include Fridays. Remove conditions re Football Policy and replace with conditions including external barriers, limiting customer numbers to 120 (including outside) and use of plastic drinking vessels only. Introduce conditions regarding CCTV installation.
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend on Sea Borough Council)
All representations shall be made in writing by 16th July 2014.

Representations should be sent to Licensing Authority, Southend on Sea B C, Civic Centre, Victoria Avenue, Southend on Sea, SS2 6ZG. A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's address given above, between 8.30am an 4.45pm Mondays to Fridays.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connections with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary confiction is level 5 on the standard scale (currently £5,000)
