NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

The Sargent Charitable Trust, has applied to Buckinghamshire Council for a new Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities.

Monday to Sunday: 10:00 to 23:30

Note: All licensable activities will be indoors only. Daily authorisation is sought for flexibility but licensable activities will only take place as part of an event (for example at weddings). Please see draft Licence Conditions to support this application. Opening hours will be 09:00 to 24:00. Any off-sales will be restricted (i.e. for consumption) within the area delineated blue on the licensing plan.

AT: Barn A, Rackleys Chiltern Hills, Marlow Road, Cadmore End, Buckinghamshire, HP14 3PP, as delineated in red on the licensing plan, ("the Premises").

It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale (£5000) under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this Application.
