Notice is hereby given that on 29 January 2021 a petition was presented to Paisley Sheriff Court by the former director of Gazzcall Building Services Limited, having its registered office at S62A Clarkston Road, Glasgow G44 3RT, ("the Company") craving the Court inter alia to order that the Company be restored to the Register of Companies; in which Petition Sheriff Spy by Interlocutor dated 15 March 2021 appointed all persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
