Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 TAKE NOTICE THAT I Kane Pulford-Roberts Have applied to Craven District Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises known as: The Clubhouse Coffee & Cycles Ltd, 18 Newmarket Street, Skipton, BD23 2HR FOR the supply of alcohol (on the premises only) Monday and Tuesday 12:00 to 17:00 and Wednesday to Sunday 12:00 to 21:30 and Bank Holidays (not including Christmas Day or Easter Sunday) 12:00 to 21:30 Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Manager, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton BD23 1FJ or by email to Licensing@cravendc.gov.uk by 26th March 2021. Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
