LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that The Rawdon Moustache, 9 Harrogate Road, LS19 6HW have made an application under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to vary the premises licence. I intend to conduct on or from the premises the following licensable activities: Sale by retail of alcohol I propose to vary the terms of the existing licence as follows: To increase the hours for sale by retail of alcohol by opening two hours earlier on Thursday, Friday and Sunday opening at 12pm and closing at 10.30pm and opening an hour earlier on Saturday opening at 12pm and closing 10.30pm. Outdoor seating area within the fenced off court yard attached to the front of the property, accommodating up to a maximum of 12 people.
