NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
I/We Koh Thai Tapas Bournemouth of Koh (UK) Ltd, 2 Poole Road, BH2 5QY,  Apply for a Premises Licence for the premises known as at 38 -40 Poole Hill, Bournemouth, BH2 5PS, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE THAT I/We have applied to Bournemouth Borough Council Licensing Authority on 26th day of June 2014, for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
The following licensable activities will be provided during the following times and starting from 26th day of July 2014. The Removal of Condition, 22 from the Premises Licence
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL. Representations must be received no later than 23.07.14
The Application Record may be viewed between 9:00 am and 16:00pm Monday to Friday at the above address.
Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is Section 158 Licensing Act 2003,  an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is up to £5000 (level 5 on the standard scale).
