A notice was placed in this publication on 10th February 2021 with an incorrect response deadline date of 10th April 2020. This should have read 10th April 2021.
The Scheme will shortly be entering into wind up and the Trustees wish to trace any person who was employed by either of the above companies and who believe they may have a claim against, or entitlement from, the Scheme. Notification is not required from persons who are currently in receipt of a pension from the Scheme or those who have already received correspondence from the Trustees.
