LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Urban Reef Restaurant Limited has submitted a premises licence application to Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council. The application is for a new licence for the premises known as Urban Reef, The Overstrand, Undercliff Drive, Boscombe, BH5 1BN. The application proposes the provision of regulated entertainment, late night refreshment and the sale of alcohol for the existing area and a new beach deck. Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to: The Licensing Authority, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen's Road, BH2 6EA no later than 9th April 2021. The full application, including hours of operation (which are the same as the current licence) and proposals for conditions to promote the licensing objectives may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Licensing Authority at the above address or on the Council's website,
