Licensing Act 2003 Application for new Premises License
Notice is Hereby given that Thecocktailclub Ltd has applied to the Reading Borough Council on 11/03/2021 for a new premises license for St Giles Vicarage, Church St, Reading, RG1 2SB. The proposed application is to permit the sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Sunday 09:00-19:00. The application may be viewed online at
or by appointment with Environmental Services, Reading Borough Council, Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 2LU (Tel: 0118 9373762) during normal office hours (except on public holidays). Representations must be made in writing. A representation form is available to download or complete on the Council website at

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application give notice in writing of his/her representation by 08/04/2021 stating the grounds for making said representation to the Environmental Services address above. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises license and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is of an unlimited amount.
