Land Between Nos. 38 and 46 Salisbury Street, Shaftesbury, Dorset
DORSET COUNCIL gives notice of its intention to dispose (under S.123(1) of the Local Government Act 1972) of three pieces of land at St. Martin's Road between nos. 38 and 46 Salisbury Street Shaftesbury Dorset (consisting or forming part of open space land) to Shaftesbury Town Council for continued use as an area of public open space. The three pieces of land have a total area of approx. 440 square metres and are shown with a thick black line on the plan.

Anyone wishing to object to the intended disposal should submit their objections in writing addressed to:
