Somerset County Council Various Roads, Taunton (Temporary Traffic Restrictions) Order 2021
Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, intends to make an Order, the effect of which will be to introduce the following temporary traffic restrictions as detailed in the Schedules below.
This Order will come into operation on the 1st day of April 2021 and will remain in force for eighteen months.
For Schedules 1, 2 and 4 the Works are expected to commence on the 5th day of April 2021 and will remain in force for ten weeks. The restrictions will only apply when indicated by traffic signs. For Schedules 3 the Works are expected to commence on 31s' May 2021 and will remain in force for seven weeks. The restrictions will only apply when indicated by traffic signs. For Schedule 5 the Works are expected to commence on the 7th day of June 2021 and will remain in force for two weeks. The restrictions will only apply when indicated by traffic signs.
