Application for a Premises Licence

To whom it may concern, take note that I, Charlotte Jones give notice that I have applied to South Oxfordshire District Council for a Premises License for Boswells Coffee Company Unit 17 Orchard Centre Didcot OX11 7LG in respect of Selling Beer and Wine between the hours of 11.00 and 17.00 Monday to Saturday and 11.00 to 16.00 on Sunday in Boswells Coffee Shop. Also, between the hours of 11.00 and 21.30 on Didcot Christmas Street Fair evening (one day per year). For consumption inside the cafe and in the outside seating area.

Anyone wishing to object to these variations should give notice in writing to The Licensing Officer, South Oxfordshire District Council, Benson Lane, Crowmarsh Gifford, Wallingford, Oxon. OX10 8NL before 25thth July 2014 and where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction.
