NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 29 & 30 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 2017
SITE: Site at Palmerston Court comprising Palmerston Way Battersea London SW8 4AJ, 1- 3 Havelock Terrace Battersea London SW8 4AS, The Pavilion Public House 1 Bradmead London SW8 4AG and Flanagan's of Battersea Public House 133 Battersea Park Road London SW8 4AG.
APPLICATION REFERENCE: 2020/2837
PROPOSAL: Demolition of all existing buildings and construction of 4 buildings ranging from double basement and ground plus up to 12 storeys to ground plus up to 20 storeys, comprising student accommodation and associated amenity areas (Sui-generis); office and enterprise business accommodation (Use Class B 1 ); retail / cafe unit (Use Class A 1 ); drinking establishment (Use Class A4) and other ancillary uses; public realm improvements; hard and soft landscaping works; plant equipment; servicing facilities including cycle parking and other associated works. An Environmental Statement has been submitted with the application under the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 (as amended).
Summary of Decision
The above planning application was the subject of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA). It was resolved at the Planning Application Committee to grant planning permission on the 25th November 2020. This notice is to inform that the above planning application which was the subject of an Environmental Impact Assessment has been granted planning permission on the 8th March 2021 and the decision notice issued.

The planning committee report assessed the significant effects of the development on the environment, the mitigation measures and conditions (including monitoring) to the likely significant effects on the environment. The planning committee report also sets out the main considerations and reasons for the decision and the public consultation responses.
