Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE is hereby given that I,Lucky Bee Gin Ltd Applied on 10/03/2021for a New Premise Licence to Trafford Council in respect of the premises known as: 3. Victoria Road, Timperley, Altrincham, Cheshire, WA15 6PP under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 for a licence to provide: (List licensable activities including days and timings) Operating a delivery service only between the hours of 3pm and 9pm. No collections will be authorised. Nobody will be allowed to purchase Alcohol and collect from our premises. Deliveries will only be conducted by the distillers and Royal Mail. Deliveries will only take place 6 days a week. Sunday will be a non-working day. All deliveries will be conducted in a professional manner abiding by the rules of Personal and Premise license conditions. A copy of the application for the above licence is kept by The Licensing Section, Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, Manchester, M32 0TH. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 1.00pm and 2.00pm and 4.00pm It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
