Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that we Nickmilan Ltd have made an application on 9th March 2021 to Warrington Borough Council for a New Premises Licence at Elegante Pizzeria, 12 Barley Road, Thelwall, Warrington, WA4 2EZ. The application is for the following licensable activities: Recorded Music (Indoors), & the Sale of Alcohol (for Consumption On & Off the Premises). Representations to this application must be made in writing by the end of 6th April 2021 to the Licensing Section, Warrington Borough Council, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, WA1 2NH. The register of licensing applications can be inspected at the above address between 09.00 and 16.00 Monday to Friday or at www.warrington.gov.uk. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
