Notice is hereby given that I, William K Walker, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as Cassop Post Office, Front Street South, Cassop, DH6 4RG for a New of Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities: Sale by retail of alcohol (Consumption off the premises) Monday Sunday 10:00 20:00 Due to the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19 if you wish to view the full application please email the Licensing Authority at licensing@durham.gov.uk A Responsible Authority or Other Party under the Licensing Act 2003 can make representations/objections to these applications. Representations must be made in writing and received by 29nd March 2021. Under the current circumstances these can be emailed to licensing@durham.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
